This Privacy Policy covers the treatment of personally identifiable information that WiggleWireless collects from You in regard to registration or use of the Service.
1. Information Collection
WiggleWireless collects personally identifiable information when You register for a Service, when You use certain WiggleWireless products or services, or when You visit WiggleWireless web pages. WiggleWireless may also receive personally identifiable information about You from our business partners. When You register with WiggleWireless, we ask for Your first name, last name, time zone, zip/postal code, country, state, city, email, SMS address, birth date, and gender. Once you register with WiggleWireless and sign in to our services, You are not anonymous to us. You will also select a password that You will use to login to the WiggleWireless services. For Your protection, we recommend not using personal information, such as your name or mobile phone number for Your password. Also during registration, You will be requested to register Your mobile phone, pager, or other device to receive text messages, notifications, and other services to Your wireless device. If You select to register a wireless phone, pager, or other device You must provide your mobile network operator and Your mobile phone number. WiggleWireless may also automatically receive and record information from your browser or mobile device. WiggleWireless uses information to customize the messages and to fulfill Your requests for certain products and services.
2. Information Sharing and Disclosures
WiggleWireless will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone other than as specifically noted herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, WiggleWireless may sell and/or transfer you personally identifiable information to an affiliate and to any successor-in-interest as a result of a sale of any part of WiggleWireless' business or upon the merger, reorganization or consolidation of WiggleWireless with another entity on a basis that WiggleWireless is not the surviving entity. For the purposes of this paragraph, "affiliate" means any person directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with WiggleWireless. We have Your consent to share the information;
We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of WiggleWireless to provide a product or service to you. (Unless We tell You differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information We provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
We find that Your actions violate the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.
Certain non-event communications from WiggleWireless (whether delivered via email or SMS), such as service announcements, administrative messages and announcements of upcoming events, are considered part of the WiggleWireless membership and you will automatically receive them. These non-event messages may be received before, during, or after the Service period for the event for which you register. In the event that you desire to not receive the non-event messages, you may opt-out of such SMS communications by sending an email to customercare@wigglewireless.com with the subject line reading "Unsubscribe," and state within the email message your registration ID.
3. Cookies
WiggleWireless may, in its sole discretion, set and access WiggleWireless cookies on your computer. WiggleWireless may allow other companies that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to WiggleWireless cookies. WiggleWireless may, in its sole discretion, use web beacons (Electronic images (called a "single-pixel GIF" or "web beacon") that allow a web site to count users who have visited that page or to access certain cookies) to access our cookies within our network of web sites and in connection with WiggleWireless products and services
4. Your Account
You may cancel Your account at any time. Refunds will be prorated according to the Terms of Service.
5. Privacy Policy Changes
WiggleWireless may amend this policy from time to time, at our discretion. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting the changes here on these Privacy Policy pages.
